Drugs Awareness Evening for Parents and Staff
Tessa Parkinson, who is the County Lead Advisor on drugs awareness, will be speaking to us on Wednesday, 24th February at 7.00 p.m. You are very welcome to come along to hear the latest information from her.
Cycle Training
‘Group A’ pupils will begin their training on Tuesday 23rd February.
Life Education Bus
A mobile teaching unit will be on our school site on Wednesday 24th February and Thursday 25th February. The instructor teaches each class an appropriate session about healthy choices and a healthy lifestyle in a fun and interesting way. There are booklets and an after-school session for parents and carers.
More information will be available on these last two items just after the holiday.

We are looking forward to the County Woodwind section entertaining our school on Friday 26th February in the morning.
KS2 Cinema Night
FOCS will be showing the latest Disney.PIXAR film ‘UP’ at school on Friday, March 5th at 6.30 p.m. Entrance is free to all KS2 pupils. We will also be selling hot dogs, popcorn and drinks.
Sainsbury’s Active Kids Voucher Scheme
This scheme starts again on 17th February and the school will be collecting vouchers towards equipment to enhance our curriculum. Vouchers are available from Sainsbury’s stores, petrol stations and with online groceries. Please spread the word and collect vouchers on our behalf. A collection box is situated in the school entrance hall. Thank you.
