Jumble Sale

Thank you all for your overwhelming support for our annual jumble sale.  We raised a staggering £439.38!! Proceeds will be used to enhance our creative curriculum for the children with an outside visit or activity.

Football Club

Year 3 and 4 football club will go ahead as usual on Monday, and Year 5 and 6 football club will take place as usual on Tuesday.  The Year 3 and 4 team were due to be playing Yelvertoft on Tuesday, but this has now been postponed to a later date.

Sports Leadership Day at Guilsborough (Yr 5)

Four of our Year 5 children had been due to attend a Sports Leadership Day at Guilsborough School on Thursday.  Unfortunately, this was postponed due to staff illness at Guilsborough but will be rearranged in the near future.  We hope that many of our pupils will be able to attend these days in the future in order to provide them with skills necessary to help with the organisation of sports events at our school.

Sports Relief 2010

To support this good cause, we would like to invite children to wear ‘sports mufti’ on Friday, 19th March.  Pupils should bring in 50p to do this, which will go towards the fundraising effort.

We will also be giving pupils the chance to take part in a hula-hooping house competition next week.  Get practising over the weekend!!
