Steve Wright

I have been an elected parent governor at Crick Primary School since March 2016 and currently have two children at the school.

As Chair of the School Performance Committee I’m particularly focused on ensuring the educational performance of the school and its pupils, assessing key performance indicators and monitoring related action plans to move the school forward towards improvement.

I bring a wide range of management, people and technology skills to the role, having over 20 years’ experience as managing director of an IT managed solutions company and running a marina business.

I am very proud to be part of a school where each child is celebrated and where the children are encouraged to reach their full potential and develop their own sense of self and identity.
