Crick Primary School

Ruth Sulley

I became Vice Chair of the governors in 2017 after previously being a member of the Governing  Body  since 2016.

I moved to Crick five years ago after retiring in 2012 from a long teaching career. In my years as a teacher I taught across the age range 7 to 16 years and had a variety of roles in school, including management and special needs provision.  I have also been a parent governor in two of my son’s school as well as being a governor in my own school. I enjoyed all my years in teaching and my association with children and their families.

I have worked part-time in the village since arriving in Crick and this has enabled me to get to know many people in the community.  I am also pleased to continue to make a contribution to education in my local community through my role as Vice Chair of governors.
